This mix is super easy to put together. I used cream cheese instead of cream because that is what I had on hand. I also put it into 9 ramekins (pkg has 9 servings) instead of a pie plate so I wouldn't overeat. The crumbs were a bit gritty but had a good flavor. I thought the creamed part was a bit flat so I added the juice of a lemon. It helped a lot. It is not overly sweet, seemed right to me. I have no idea if it would stick together well enough for a pie but it put the ramekins I can no longer use for creme brulee (sigh) to good use. And the lemon and cream cheese does add a carb or two per serving. I will get it again and get a lime to juice next time and I plan to try the chocolate too.

Recommended Use: YOU WILL NEED:1/2 cup whipping cream (fat free sour cream or softened cream cheese may be substituted for the whipping cream), 2 tablespoons melted butter (Smart Balance buttery spread may be substituted for the butter). TO PREPARE THE CRUST:Place melted butter and crust mix (bag #1) in medium size bowl and stir with fork for one minute until crumbs are clumpy. Spoon into baking 8" or 9" square pan across the bottom of the pan. If making a pie, press up the sides of a 9" pie pan. Set aside. TO PREPARE THE FILLING:Melt chocolate (bag #3) in microwave for one minute, just until melting (do not scorch chocolate). Add 1 cup of warm water to the chocolate and whisk until blended. SLOWLY whisk in the mix (bag #2) and add cream, whisking until well blended. Pour into the baking pan, with spoon smooth the top to evenly spread the filling over the crust. Chill and serve. For speed chill place in freezer for 15 minutes and then move to refrigerator for 1 hour. Makes 9 servings. 2 net carbs each.
