Unfortunately it's not very good. The first couple of bites I thought it was ok, but it really started to taste like plastic pretty quick. It has the same consistency as mac cheese, a bit lighter in color, but just doesn't taste very good. I tried using a lot of pepper and that helped get a couple of bites down but I ended up throwing away almost all of it because I just couldn't eat it. Too bad. 8^(
