They help to add variety to the low carb lifestyle because you can dip or spread them with so many things. Try french onion cream cheese, spinach dip, clam or shrimp dip, or peanut butter, just to name a few. I have tried the pumpkin seed cheddar, and the Seedlander. They have a healthy taste and crunch. I eat them plain or with some butter or cheese on them and they taste great! They are really quite crunchy and are also good in soup and salads.
