This product tastes very good, BUT it does not dissolve. At least not with a shaker bottle. I haven't tried it in a blender because I do not want to have to drag a blender out just to prepare a simple protein shake. So, while the taste and ingredients are really top notch, unfortunately I would not buy this product again because drinking lumps of powder mix is not what I look for in a morning protein shake.

Ingredients: Extended Release Protein Matrix: (whey, milk and egg derived protein compound including added branch chain amino acids [BCAAs] and added glutamine): whey protein concentrate, milk protein matrix (milk powder and calcium caseinate), whey protein isolate and whey peptides, egg protein, egg albumin, l-leucine, l-isoleucine, l-valine and glutamine), soy isolate protein, cocoa, liposorb blend (sun flower oil, medium chain triglycerides [MCTs], flax sedd oil, borage oil [10% GLA gamma-linolenic acid], CLA oil [conjugated linoleic acid], evening primrose oil [4.8% GLA gamma-linolenic acid], fiber matrix [xanthan gum and flax seed powder], natural and artificial flavors, potassium chloride, acesulfame potassium, titanium dioxide, Zytrix, sucralose.
Recommended Use: For a rich creamy shake combine contents of each packet with 12-16 ounces of cold water or skim milk and thoroughly mix in a blender or shaker for 15 seconds. For thicker consistency, use less water or replace some water with ice. For a higher calorie meal replacement mix with whole milk.
Warning: Contains milk, egg and soy.
