EXCELLENT MEAL REPLACEMENT DRINK. TASTES GOOD , GOOD PROTEIN AND CARB FORMULATION. I USE IT ALMOST DAILY , USUALLY AS A LUNCH , WITH SOME FRUIT. PROVIDES SUSTENANCE AND ENERGY AND DEFINITELY KEEPS ME AWAY FROM THE JUNK FOOD AND HELPS WITH WEIGHT CONTROL.

Excellent meal replacement drink. Tastes good, good protein and carb formulation. I use it almost daily, usually as a lunch, with some fruit. Provides sustenance and energy and definetely keeps me away from the junk food and helps with weight control.

I am a big fan of the Myoplex Ready-to-Drink Shakes. I have them for lunch. I work at an office 10+ hours per day, and want a protein rich, low calorie but balanced lunch. These fit that description perfectly, and are darn tasty too. It's nice not to have to mix anything.

The shakes do not have to be refrigerated for storage, but we do
recommend that you drink them cold for best taste. The beauty of
these shakes is not only their nutritional value but also their
convenience. You can take the shakes anywhere with you. You can
pack them in a suitcase or take them hiking with you. However, once
the shake has been opened, it must be refrigerated.
