I like all the flavors except Mocha of this product. (Mocha has a funny vitamin-y after-taste). But overall, the taste is great and I like that it fits into a low-cal, low-fat, low-carb diet plan. It's perfect for breakfast (while driving) when you are sick of "protein bars".

Met-Rx found a way to put the protein in and take the bloating out. I like the Mocha Blast in the AM much better than coffee and a PB cup as my late night snack. All taste pretty good although after a while they tend to taste the same. Still- perfect nutrition is hard to do and Met Rx helps with these RTDs
Recommended Use: For adult use:drink one to three cans per day to supplement your daily high protein and calorie needs. To support muscle building, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight from all dietary sources per day. For best results, drink 1 can of RTD51 immediately following your workout to help support muscle recovery.
