October 19, 2006 Reviewer: I in California While I think SAN's description of this product may be a little overblown, this is a good-tasting, filling, healthful MRP drink mix that I recommend. It's low-carb, has a good amount of protein, fiber, and many healthy nutrients, and to be honest, I can't exceed drinking -half- the recommended serving without feeling like I had a good meal. The servings offer a modest number of calories, so you dont have to worry about getting bloated or gaining weight with this product. It also tastes good, and that's not an overstatement - its not too sweet or strong-tasting like many MRP/protein products out there, nor does it have an "aspartame-aftertaste".
