I've used this product for a decade as a means to supplement EFA. Usually a tablespoon in that morning's smoothy. One issue - if stored in the fridge to maintain freshness, the lignans tend to settle on the bottom and are difficult to dredge up through shaking due to the increased viscosity at low temp. Failure to distribute the lignans evenly (perhaps accomplished by storing the bottle on its side?) results in the final dozen servings being bitter and choked with lignans. Tough package to coax out the last few drops; rinse the bottle thoroughly.

It is neutral tasting (not bad.) It can even be used as salad dressing ! It us by far the cheapest way of getting Total 3-6-9. Capsules don't contain much by comparison.

Refrigerate after opening. Shake well or stir before each use to fully disperse lignans.
Ingredients: Organic flaxseed oil, organic flax particulate, organic borage seed oil, organic evening primrose seed oil, organic rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols (natural vitamin E from soy), ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C), and citric acid to protect freshness.
Recommended Use: One tablespoon daily with food or as directed by your health care professional.
