June 18, 2018Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I made these as muffins. They didn't rise well, and were more like thick cookies. They were very good for using in strawberry shortcake.
I really appreciate having a treat with no gluten, eggs, or high carb content. The first bite had a little "different" flavor, but I could get used to that, There's no lingering aftertaste.
I plan on using this product again.
