December 31, 2018Reviewer: LESLIE in Colorado* OK, I made these waffles for dinner, for 3 of us. It took the entire container to make 6 round waffles, 2 for each of us. The flavor was good, but I had to add in 1/2 cup of almond flour and 2 heaping tablespoons of coconut flour to get a good batter consistency. Following the directions carefully made the batter way too thin. That surprised me. The package says it will make 10 servings. Guess they made much smaller waffles than I did. I used a fairly standard waffle maker. Oh, and the texture was soft, even though the directions say to get a crisp waffle, add in oil. Did that and the waffles were not crisp at all. I doubt I'll buy this brand again.
