July 19, 2007Reviewer: William in Ohio* If you're looking for a liquid carb to add to your whey protein for post workout recovery, look no further. DGC is cheap, and a full scoop adds 46 grams of carbs to your drink. I personally use a tropical punch flavored protein and then mix in a 1/2 scoop of DGC. I would recommend this over any other sports drink on the market. Add in your glutamine, creatine, BCAA powder and you've got a full blown muscle building cocktail!!
