March 20, 2020Reviewer: Bridget in Pennsylvania* These are horrible. They have almost no peppermint flavor and have a very strange texture. I bought these, York sugar-free peppermint patties and the Russell Stover peppermint patties. These were by far the worst. So bad I threw them away. My socks aren't blown off by the other two either but at least they are edible. These are not. I'm very surprised since most of the Atikins Endulge products are very good. Definitely won't be wasting money on these again. This review is specific to Endulge Candy Bars, Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties
September 29, 2019Reviewer: Barbara in Missouri* Atkins needs to take the malitol out of all their products. My husband and I have been low carbers for almost 14 years. 14 years ago, it didn't seem to bother us. Flash forward to now---we can't even eat ONE Atkins M&M knockoff. It upsets our stomach so much---the gas, the rumblings---it's awful. USE SPLENDA please.
September 16, 2019Reviewer: Karen in Nebraska* These have to be the only Endulge candy bars I don't like, and I LOVE mints. That said, the texture is chewy, almost taffy like, and gritty, had tiny grainy bits throughout. The color was a weird yellow. They had a prominent peppermint taste, and the chocolate coating tasted fine, but the awful texture ruined them. So disappointing coming from Atkins. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's highly unlikely. I will not purchase these again and I definitely do not recommend them. I'm surprised others haven't submitted negative reviews on these mint patties. This review is specific to Endulge Candy Bars, Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties
July 09, 2017Reviewer: John in Illinois* Did not come as pictured. Was chocolate covered and was extremely old. The chocolate was white and chalky. Bad stale taste. The product pictured is peanut coated and has no chocolate, more like a payday candy bar. What I received was absolutely awful.
Editors note: The flavor pictured on the Endulge product page is the Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar. Your purchase contained the Caramel Nut Chew bar. These are two entirely different bars with different formulas. I am sorry but we are unable to post a picture of all 6 flavors of Endulge bars.
When checking out, you were presented with a "Thermal Packaging" option for products that are at risk of melting during transit. Our records indicate that you declined this option. Your package was also delayed one day due to the 4th of July holiday. I believe that the appearance of the bars was affected by the heat during this extended transit.
