    * I've been buying this for several years, consuming a loaf usually in about 1.5 to 2 weeks. Due to insulin issues I live very low-carb. This bread tastes good, especially toasted and buttered. I also use the dough for low-carb pizzas regularly. I found the bread will only cook up correctly on my bread machine if I use the whole-wheat setting that cooks longer. I have much better luck getting the bread to rise fully when I heat the whipped cream and water in the microwave for 3:30 before creating the bread mix. I also use extra of both liquids to get a good dough-ball that rises well. I strongly recommend this for bread and pizza dough for people eating low-carb.

    * OK plain as packaged, but has a slight off-taste. Very Good with the addition of cinnamon or caraway seeds (rye taste) or pizza bread spices and flavorings.

    * I've never baked anything in my life and don't have a bread machine. Just for fun, I posted a YouTube video of myself putting this bread mix together, not knowing what the result would be. It ended up surprisingly tasty. The bread was only a tad dry, but when toasted, it was quite good. If you'd like to see the process, do a YouTube search under "Making Low-Carb Bread."

    * I am a total novice at baking. It was very good, although perhaps a bit drier than ordinary bread. The product was at its best toasted. I would definitely buy it again.
