I was asked for several of my work colleagues (who are not low carb) for the recipe. Here is what I used: 3/4 C Hazelnut meal; 3 TBSP golden flax meal; Liquid sucralose equivalent to 1/3 C sugar; 1/4 tsp salt; 3 TBSP melted butter. Mix and pat into 9" pan, bake 375 F for 10-12 min. Top with your favorite no-bake recipe.

I can't eat almonds, so this product is a fantastic alternative to almond flour for me. Works perfectly as a substitute for almond flour, especially in sweet baked products. Highly recommended.

I love it, and highly recommend it. I make a vegetarian low-carb chili (black soybeans), put it in a baking dish, top it with hazelnut flour cornbread and shredded cheese and bake it. Even my non low carb friends and family gobble it up.
Enjoy!
