I've used it consistently for the past 3 months and really don't see much of a difference compared to not using it at all. Maybe if taken for a lifetime you would have an extra couple of pounds of lean body mass, but you have to weigh in the cost factor. Maybe it benefits those with a poor diet or the placebo effect kicks in for people who train inconsistently and it encourages them to get to the gym (I see that kind of thing a lot when people start on a new supplement). I won't continue using this product, the money would be better spent elsewhere.
