December 05, 2007Reviewer: Stephanie in Maryland* I much preferred the Eat Well, Be Well brand chocolate chips. I curse the day they went out of business. These are an acceptable substitute, but they are much too big. They are not mini chip sized at all.
If Dixie Diners Club would rework them, I think they could be a big success, because until then it's just as convenient to buy any other sugar free chocolate and put it in the food processor.

The taste is good, but the chips are too big. They are huge discs you have to chop up to a reasonable size in order to use. I like to bake with them, they melt like "real" chocolate chips and they do taste like semisweet morsels.
