Fantastic when making slow cooker recipes, or even making gravy for your turkey dinner. None of the extra carbs that you get with flour or other thickeners. This is a godsend for low carbers! It does its job very well and doesn't add any taste. This stuff even behaves much better than cornstarch when thickening gravies or soups. Even if I leave the low-carb lifestyle, I will still use this product. It's a little pricey, but a little goes a long way, this package will last quite a long time.
