April 25, 2019Reviewer: Timothy in Connecticut* This is the best low-carb pizza option I have tried, and I have been experimenting with various low-carb pizza options for over 10 years. The flavor is good, it rolls out easily, and it is very filling and satisfying! The bag says it makes two 12" pizzas but really they are selling themselves short. I have no trouble rolling out an 18" pizza with a single recipe, and if I had a bigger pan I could even stretch it as far as 20". I like to bake mine on parchment paper since that makes it easy to remove from the pan without any sticking. I also highly recommend making it with a stand mixer because otherwise you are looking at a lot of manual kneading.
$4.50 per crust may sound a little expensive but with the size of the pizzas you can make, I think it's worth every penny and I am always buying more. It's great to finally be able to have real pizza again while still holding to my low carb lifestyle. Pepperoni is my favorite topping, but I am glad to report that this crust holds up well to heavier toppings and combinations like supreme and meat lovers.

So simple to makes, smells amazing and tastes extremely good. I eat a little of the dough even because it's so good. I highly suggest! Beware though, it does expand due to the yeast! If you don't want too fluffy of a pizza, don't add the extra yeast. There is already yeast flakes in the powder. I used coconut oil instead of olive oil. It made the pizza sweeter tasting. Enjoy!
