My blood glucose was 118 before eating half a bar. One hour later it was up to 181, which is the highest level it's gone to in over a year. As far as the flavor, texture, etc, it was OK, but not as good as I hoped.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR DIABETICS! I will be sticking with the Atkins brand bars - they have much less of an impact on blood glucose.This review is specific to ONE Bar, Red Velvet Cake
October 21, 2017Reviewer: Tiffany in Georgia* Tried 9 different flavors and only one was tasty enough to actually eat. These bars are too “sweet” tasting. They leave an awful aftertaste as well. YUCK!!!! I will be sticking with the uncoated Quest bars as my daily protein bar!

these have WAY too many carbs. wish I had not bought them. I should have looked closer at the even net carbs.
