January 15, 2021Reviewer: Cynthia in Texas* I use this product to bake banana bread for my diabetic husband. Previously, I bought the various flours and made my own, because it SEEMS pricey. I took the time to calculate the cost----- my homemade version is MORE expensive!!! This is a GREAT product at a FAIR PRICE.

October 25, 2020Reviewer: Douglas in Oklahoma* We actually used this paleo flour to make our pizza crust today. It was very good. Our baking time was more but the weather and other factors can affect that.
