Hematex is a dietary supplement containing a high dose of iron. 1 teaspoon (5mL) of Hematex contains 100mg of elemental iron in the form of polysaccharide iron complex. It’s sugar-free, dry free, and alcohol-free. The American Academy of Hematology/Oncology recommends at least 6 months of continuous treatment with Hematex to patients placed on oral iron.
